This course is the perfect way to become a teacher and/or deepen your practice and knowledge of yoga. Vinyasa Krama Yoga draws from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with a detailed focus on bio-mechanical alignment principles. A flowing practice combined with alignment cues allows for a meditation in motion that encourages a trance-like state during practice, and a deeper connection to the heart and soul both during and after practice.
Teacher Training (200 Hours RYT)
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certification from Yoga WTC and will be eligible to register with both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International India for your RYT-200 registration.
November 1-17th 2019.
We begin with dinner on Friday November 1st at 6pm, and finish with breakfast on Sunday November 17th at 8am.

About Justin Caruso:
What Justin seeks in a yoga class is to sweat, cry, relax and leave feeling inspired with his heart blown open. Justin began practicing yoga in 1999 and completed his first 200hr certification in Bali with Yoga Arts in 2008 with an emphasis on combining flow, yoga philosophy and intelligent alignment. Since then he has traveled the world to teach and study extensively with multiple schools, styles and teachers. His influences include Anusara Yoga under John Friend, New York Style vinyasa from Kula Yoga Project with Schuyler Grant, California flow with Janet Stone, hands on adjustments refined over a decade practicing and studying Thai massage, and outside-the box class exercises inspired by AcroYoga with Jason Nemer. Other teachers and inspirations include Dharma Mittra, Leslie Kaminoff, Rusty Wells, Maty Ezraty, Phillip Askew and practicing Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, India.
About Francisco Javier Palacios Miller:
Francisco is founder of the YogaWTChile School, director of Yoga Alliance International (YAI) in Chile and representative of the International Organization of Yoga Therapy Ayurveda and Yoga (OIYAY). He is a member of Yoga Alliance USA and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). For more than 12 years, he has been teaching classes, workshops and Yoga Teacher Trainings around Latin America. Francisco began his journey on this noble path in 1996, practicing and receiving instruction for several years in Hatha Yoga, Jnani Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga, considered the four fundamental branches of this tradition. In the following years he deepened in the ways of Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Partner Yoga, among others. In 2013, he was appointed Yoga Alliance International Director (YAI India) in Chile, from 2014 to 2015 he was director of Yoga Alliance South America and in August 2015, he was appointed International Ambassador of YAI India, recognition granted in New Delhi by the founder Swami Vidyanand. This same year he received the titles of Grand Master of Vinyasa Yoga and Grand Master of Hatha Yoga from YAI India. Today he is devoted full time to Yoga as a loving servant of this ancestral path.
