Who are the TEACHERS?
Johanna, 31 (Acroyoga, Yoga, Aerial Silks)
My mum started to share her Yoga practice with my sister and me when she returned from her teacher training in an Ashram in India almost ten years ago.Our first Acroyoga experience has also been as a Family and it immediately fascinated and bonded us. It was exciting to see that we broke through those typical roles in a family construct. The easy-going baby of the family became the strong and grounded base to rely on and trust in. My mum could let go of her worries and thoughtful caring instincts to enjoy flying light. We discovered strengths we didn’t know we had. We learned so much about support, empowerment, encouragement, communication and cooperation. We grew as a team, it welded us together and opened a door to other possibilities, we travelled to conventions. Then we established a studio where we could practice with the increasing group during the cold winter days. Now I am a certified partner-acrobatics teacher and part of a worldwide community sharing the passion and experience.
Diego, 43 (Acroyoga, Juggling, Healing Arts, Music)
As a passionate therapist, musician and juggler I am curious to learn everything about movement and art. I discovered Acroyoga in 2010 and fell in love with the connection that is established between base and flyer such as the international community which creates and shares this discipline around the world. In 2013 I began my studies of Thai Massage and I am certainly interested in the therapeutic part and healing practice of Acroyoga. As a base I will always listen carefully and offer you security, confidence and connection. With this won solidity and fluidity we can improve and grow together during the game. So, shall we have fun and fly now?
Laure, 28 (Pole Acrobatic, Flexibility, Aerial Hoop)
My acrobatic story begins early, as I started Artistic Gymnastics when I was 3 years old and attended competitions. Unfortunately, as a teenager I had to stop to focus on my studies. When I had the chance to learn from an excellent Pole Trainer 2 years ago, I totally fell in love with Pole Dance. It reminded me of my gymnastic practice, that I have missed so much. I decided to pole as much as possible to become a Teacher and share what has been shared with me. Poling is something that makes me feel happy and free. It allows me to leave my comfort zone and even though it can be scary sometimes, to overcome fear is boosting your confidence. As a Pole Acrobat I do what I love. Teaching is not only a job; it’s sharing my passion and experience. It fills me with enthusiasm to show people their abilities, they were not aware of yet. Pole Dance is a sport which requires strength, flexibility, contortion and creativity. It’s a challenging sport but it’s accessible to everyone who wants to surpass limits. I would be honored to introduce you to my practice and the beautiful acrobatic art of poling!
Leda, 31 (Hula Hoop Dance, Music)
I’ve always been fascinated from acrobatics and performative art but for long time I thought that it was something accessible just for few talented people. As soon as I found the courage to start my journey, I discovered an incredible world from where I can’t imagine living far away anymore. Limits are just in our mind and it’s just when you jump beyond them, that everything start making sense. It’s not about comparing yourself with other people’s abilities or grace, it’s sharing knowledge, passions, emotions and unique moments. It’s living your own experience, that is totally perfect for you and your being. 3 years ago, I grabbed a hoop for the first time and I’m still surprised about how my life has changed just finding a practice that makes me flow through creativity, concentration, discipline, confidence, peace and freedom and all at the same time. The best part of that? There is no end: these adventures last forever!

Adrian (Acroyoga) from BERLIN
Adrian’s movement practice started in 2006 when he began training Muay Thai. While sports and body training had not played a big role in his childhood, now that he had found a fitting practice, it quickly became a passion. After some exploration in dance, in 2011 he finally discovered what would become his core discipline: partner acrobatics. His teaching style is aimed at building confidence, strength, and ease in solo as well as partner movement while his didactics are colored by his work using a Somatic Intelligence approach in personal coaching. The focus of Adrian’s classes is the exploration of the body as a tool, as a gateway, and as a home.
