11 Yoga teachers, Dutch Acro and Acro-yoga will teach classes for all levels (basic, intermediate and advanced) with at least 3 simultaneous workshops.
Mission
Spend 7 days in Sicily in a natural reserve that includes: a long stretch of golden sand that divides the sea into 2 parts, the small lakes that take various forms depending on the currents and a sheer mountain that creates a perfect shade for you to practice in this magical place !!!!

An unleashed crew ready to play adrenalinic acrobatics, ready to meet under a synergic “Om” to dance and sing and enjoy what is offered by the scenario in which we will be immersed.
This convention will make you live intense days, rich in harmony friendship, peace and well-being. Through the fusion of dynamic disciplines such as acrobatics and acro-yoga, ancient disciplines such as yoga, meditation and Thai massage, you can not help but experience a great connection … so much fun and joy of being. Also many surprises … African dance … shamanic chants… dance movement therapy … parkour …These are just some of the things that could happen to you if you will be there !!!!
A Dutch Acrobatic teacher of international renown will guide you from the basics of acro up to more advanced levels. In addition there will be several qualified national teachers who will help you bring out your hidden potential and expand your skills beyond what you thought was possible. The workshops will take place on the beautiful beach of the Nature Reserve “Laghetti di Marinello” (ME).
Acro topics:
For beginners: bases of acro-yoga, first flights, how to practice safely and full of joy, static positions and transitions, therapeutic flying.
For intermediate and advanced: washing machine, pops, whips, ikarians games, acrobatic standing H2H (hand to hand), acro-balance more people.

8:40 – 9:30 Yoga – handstand
9:40 – 11:00 Acro Yoga and/or surprise
11:00 – 16:00 Free time (lunch – free jam on the beach and into the sea – water sport – swimming – relax time)
16:00 – 16.30 (warm up, play & mantra)
16.30 – 18.00 Dutch Acro & AcroYoga
18.00 – 18.30 Break (swimming time)
18.30 – 20.00 Dutch Acro & AcroYoga
20:30 Dinner
22:00 Free time or free jam – games – thai massage or surprises.
Aims:
Reconnect, reconcile, create friendships and community relations, have fun.
Yoga: learn about new approaches, improving your elasticity and power; enhance and deepen your breathing and experience a state of deep calm and joyful inner peace.
Basic acro: to perform safely the first flights,
and convey confidence, to rely on experience, reach the balance and the position through a yogic breath, learn to listen and communicate through the body.
Intermediate and Advanced Acro: deepen your level of practice in the fluidity and in listening to the breathing; learn new harmonious and elegant transitions and “washing machines”, learn faster and acrobatic “whips” gradually; learn new adrenalinic “pops”; improve your vertical technique and train your “hand to hand” depending on your level of practice; learn new moves and transitions of Standing Acro; learn to create your acroyoga flow; play in group with the Acro-Combo; refine your active spotting to ensure safety.
Thai massage: exploration of touch and Metta (loving kindness) basic techniques to give a general well-being.

Prices include only participation in the workshops and the membership fee to association “Il piccolo Shen” including insurance.
Food and accomodation are not included in the price but they are very cheep in Sicily!
Location:
The Natural Oriented Reserve “Marinello Lakes” is the sandy area by a beautiful transparent and crystal, clear sea. The beach is surrounded by a suggestive scenario characterized by the presence of small ponds created by fine strips of sand continually shaped by stormy seas and is famous for the legend that gives it a special aura of mystery.
In fact, it is said that the creation of these lakes is linked to a child falling from the arms of a miscreant mother. She in fact did not want to belive in the Black Virgin of Tindari whose shrine stands on the promontory of the reserve. Legend has it that the child was miraculously saved by the sudden retreat of the waters that gave way to a blanket of soft sand, which cushioned the fall. On the top of the Tindari mountain there is also an ancient greek theater (IV cent. b.C. ) where musical and dramatic performances are held during the summer.
Accomodation A:
The overnight stay will be in the “Camping Villaggio Marinello” located on the beach where the convention will be held. For those of you who choose to go camping you need to bring your tent, sleeping bag.

For breakfast and lunch you can take advantage of the camping facilities such as mini-market, bar, restaurant, pizzeria or those adjacent to the beach.
For dinner, in addition, you can take advantage of the convention agreement with a local restaurant for a good price 10-15 € each.

What to bring:
You should bring: Total sun protection cream, after-sun cream, sun hat, mosquito repellent and / or fumigator, a beach towel, a large towel (2×2) for practicing on the beach and lots of intention to have fun !!
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation within June 15th will receive the fee paid minus € 50 for expenses.
Cancellation after June 15th will receive half of the fee paid.
Cancellation after June 30 no refund.
