Senior Acroyoga Montreal teachers Heidi and Jill bring you the conditioning, awareness and skills to take your acroyoga into new and challenging territory.
Montreal style is characterized by slow, controlled movements emerging from an awakened core and a calm nervous system. Together with breath and attention to alignment, the result is a highly engaged practice where everything is possible.
Signature moves will work your stamina, range of motion, coordination and creativity, both as flyer and as base. Learn flows for out-of-the box thinking and moving, de-codified by Heidi and Jill’s 8+ years of acroyoga coaching.
In addition to partnering repertoire, this intensive will boost your overall fitness and stamina through functional calibrations, dance and movement. To draw the most out of this workshop, come prepared with a solid foundation in classic acroyoga inversions and transitions.
