The Nourishing Nomad is offering one month mentoring in Tasmania

How would you look and feel after a month of sustainable, fun, movement and laughter?

In 2017 I left Melbourne Australia with $50 a one way plane ticket to Western Australia, a pair of thongs and my magic bag of movement skills to
teach and perform Dance, Acro, Yoga and Movement (DAYM ) 👈🏻😉
Making it to eighteen countries and five continents.

I didn’t do it alone it was thanks to all the amazing people I met along the way students, friends, family, festival organisers and the kindness of strangers, but I had the guts and skills to do it.
it was amazing and one of the best times of my life.

2018 I’ve spent resting and rediscovering myself in Tasmania, absorbing the experiences gathered to develop more sustainable and fun methods to bring teaching and life changing experiences to others so…..

2019 is the year I openly share with individuals what I have not until now.
Mentoring will be going down in Tasmania Australia and around the world ( in winter 🤣)

The Mentorship can go in multiple directions depending on your interests and needs but I have two main directions ……

Option 1
Mentorship Direction
Acro Yoga, Handstand and Body Awareness Practice

Each day we have an Acro Yoga practice together developing your practice in partnership alongside learning to master individual movements like handstands and other body movements that you can practice free of a partner.
With consistent daily practice it’s really quite amazing how fast you grow.
We cover L basing, Standing Acro, Counterbalances, Acrodance, Awareness, Falling safely, verbal and non verbal cues and communication.

Option 2
Mentorship Direction
Breakdance, Choreography, Conditioning and Circle Work Practice

We would have a daily dance practice ranging in intensity to work on the many layers of dance eg the physical practice, the mental practice, Artistry, creating and originality.

In whatever Mentorship you choose
We look at learning how to learn, how to teach ourselves, awareness and rehab practices, communication and so much more DAYM sign me up already.

Our goal is to grow into who we are naturally, strong, gentle and healthy individuals.

There is two types of intensity for the individual mentorship

Option A
One session per day five days a week
Total five sessions per week
$3000 Aud for the month

Option B
Two sessions per day
Four days a week
Total eight sessions per week
$4480 Aud for the month
