    Hi there! ๐Ÿ™‚

My name is Simon, I am from Germany and I ve been doing AcroYoga for a few months now!
    Well.. what should I say… It’s godlike! ๐Ÿ˜€

A few days ago someone said that what I thought was called the Ninja Star is “just” a so called Baby Ninja.
I didn’t get the time to ask, but you can prbly help me:
What is the difference between the Baby Ninja and the Ninja Star? ๐Ÿ™‚

There are two common versions of Ninja Star. The classic, original Ninja Star, has the flyer transition through a back fly. A variant of the original movement is often called Ninja Bat, as the flyer transitions through a straddle bat instead of back fly.

A quick search on youtube makes me think Baby Ninja Star is what is known as Ninja Bat, going through a straddle bat instead of backfly.

Check the difference in these two videos…
