After wondefull experience on acro yoga retreat this summer on mountain Velebit, we decided not to wait next summer but to organize also spring retreat! This time our choice fell on Rovinj for Easter, we’re going to catch first sunrays on the sea breeze. We found a house, 15 minutes from town centre, perfect for our needs, cause it has a yoga shala – Five elements Guesthouse!
All meals will be organized (vegan), and after daily proram, we’ll have time to socialize and go out to the city. We’re offering and sharing with you following skills: yoga (vinyasa and hatha), acro yoga (therapeutic and acrobatic / lunar and solar), acrobalans, handstands, thai massage. It is also possible to organize juggling and djembe workshops.
If you still didn’t menage to try acro yoga, this is a perfect opportunity to dear and try it. It is not necessary to come in pair, or any yoga or acroyoga foreknowledge. Retreat is opened for all skill levels.
We start at Thursday, 13th of April, with yoga in the morning, and we finish with lunch on Monday 17th of April. General program: yoga, breakfast, acro yoga in nature next to the sea, lunch, free time, thai massage, dinner, socializing.
