SKILLS & FLOW Advanced AcroYoga Retreat w/ Jill and Heidi

February 19, 2016 - February 25, 2016

| Submitted by Brian Cruikshank

Join senior instructors Jill Campbell and Heidi Blais as they celebrate their fourth annual AcroYoga Montreal Retreat in Mexico! Hosted at the serene and remote Bambuddha Centre on the Mexican Pacific coastline, this unique immersion is conceived for intermediate – advanced practitioners with an impulse to innovate. Bathing in sunshine, sea breeze and surf, we’ll move, train, breathe, create, play, lengthen and strengthen to the rhythm of our vibrant souls!

Take note … with six days of sweat and merriment, SKILLS & FLOW is more than a retreat; it is a celebration of effort, a rejoicing of the work it takes to become skilled and tactful, both physically and interpersonally. Running on 6 years of creative collaboration and teaching, Jill and Heidi believe that beyond the striking forms we can create with our bodies, the acroyoga practice is deeply rooted in ‘inner forms’. How does it feel? How do we relate to one another? Moments of ease, alignment, suspension and delight keep us training, exerting, tipping off-axis and taking on new challenges. Jill and Heidi welcome you into this dynamic process, an acroyoga play of opposites.

Instruction available in English, Spanish and French.

LOCATION

The Bambuddha Holistic Centre understands the body’s need for replenishment. It is beautifully nestled between a smooth, clear lagoon on one side, and the stunning Pacific Ocean on the other. The rooms are charming and equipped with AC. Amenities include a spacious yoga shala, a generous swimming pool, beach loungers, palm trees (ideal for slacklinling!) and cactus garden.
