| About You | JEFF “AcroCat” MILLER I started doing Acro Yoga in the summer of 2014 and was easy hooked into all this fun community activity. I love building this amazing and wonderful community of acro-monkeys. My teaching philosophy is the belief that: “Everybody and every BODY can enjoy the benefits of AcroYoga.” I am super excited to be a part of the Acro Love and the AcroYoga757 Family. It has become part of a life-changing activity full of friendship, love, and a community of fun people. My goal is to empower each person – no matter what skill level – in reaching and achieving their personal goals whether it is to get into that super cool pose, build confidence, make new friends, or just be able to touch their toes. HISTORY – My teaching career started back in 1992 with becoming a Certified CAP II USAV Jr Olympic Volleyball Coach for over 18 years. I also have been teaching swing dance for over 20 years – including the Lindy Hop’s famous Aerials. I was introduced to Acro Yoga back in 2014 by one of my dance students because “You love throwing people up in the air.” Boy, was he right! At first I embraced the fun partner exercise aspect of AcroYoga, but fell in love with the community of fun-loving people locally and from all over the world that encourages everyone to play safely and have way too much fun.
